Everything we do at ASG is intentional and important. We take our work seriously. And we seriously enjoy our work.At ASG our services support regulated industries, especially the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Patients stake their lives on the quality and dependability of those devices. And our clients count on our skills, expertise and strict compliance with safety and quality regulations to protect the lives of the people who use the equipment they manufacture. Safety and precision are top of mind in all we do.
Due to the nature of process management consulting, we often work alongside our clients. Many times this involves remote assignments, at their facilities. So, to create camaraderie and foster strong bonds and productivity among our staff, ASG founding partners developed the “One Team” mantra, which guides us in our work and relationships.
The One Team hexagram describes the core values on which ASG is founded: accountability, integrity, respect, curiosity, client success and service. Our mantra really resonates with all of us.
You could say we’re one big, extended family, and our relationships extend to our clients. We share a common bond and enjoy each other’s company at work and at team gatherings. And we’re always willing to support each other to ensure we succeed.
The ASG culture is relaxed, but we get down to business. It’s the perfect place to work if you’re capable of managing your own workload and knowing when you need to ask questions and reach out for help. It’s not the place to work if you prefer being micromanaged.
